What Flipwise is

Flipwise provides market analysis for the Old School RuneScape Grand Exchange: ranked suggestions, statistics and alerts, delivered through a website and a RuneLite plugin. It is a software and information service only. Flipwise does not sell, buy or transfer in-game currency, items, accounts or services and is not affiliated with Jagex Ltd or RuneLite.

No guarantees

Suggestions are estimates derived from crowdsourced price data. Markets move, data can be wrong or stale, and you can lose in-game currency by acting on a suggestion. You make every trade yourself and are responsible for it. The service is provided as is, without warranty.

Your account

You sign in with Discord. Keep your plugin tokens private; anything done with a token is treated as done by you. One subscription covers all game accounts you personally play; sharing a subscription with other people is not allowed.

Billing

Paid plans are sold by our merchant of record, Paddle, whose checkout terms apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account page; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the merchant of record's policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate the rules of the game, to automate gameplay, or to overload the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the API.

Changes

We may change the service or these terms; material changes will be announced on the website.
